I wouldn't have blogged either, but since there was something worth blogging about, and I'm pretty bored now.. here I am.
It isn't exactly big and fantastic, but it's the little things that count, hmm?
* * *
Wednesday was like any other tiring, stony day. And since I wouldnt't be able to meet him for the next two days, I asked him to come over to my place.
He went... UH.... What are you up to? What? You mean I need a reason to meet you? Yes. Give me 10 reasons please. [pretty stumped] Um.. I miss you. Does that count? HMMM.. Let me sleep on it. HUH STILL SLEEP?! What time alr?! I'm gonna sleeep... Okay, I'll treat you to dinner! Dinner..? Jack's Place ar? -.- no. Kopitiam below my house lah. HAH... Kopitiam only? Yes Kopitiam only.. Okay I want Chicken Chop~
=S that's like the most pricey thing on the kopitiam menu!
Okay, so it's only $4.50 Yeah, I know, I'm stingy. muahaha.
Anyway, I met him later and shoved my wallet at him. Nah, there's 10 bucks inside, use it.
No need la.. You hardly have enough for the GSS.
Have, have...
Don't be modest, i'll pay.
I quickly shoved the ten bucks to the perverted and filthy looking uncle who sells *shrieks* western food, and scurried off to play with a brown kitten I saw around the bush.
I quickly forgot about this teeny weeny event, until this morning.
I went for brekkie, and when I opened my wallet expecting to see some loose change, I saw a bright new red 10 dollar note!
10 dollars??
Then I remembered, it had to be.
And yes, it had to be. Mickey had certainly placed the 10 bucks back inside for me, afraid poor me didn't have enough to splurge at the upcoming GSS.
It's the second time he did that.
Just because I didn't mention it means I didn't notice or didn't appreciate it, honey!
