I'm not sure how long I stopped blogging for, but it feels long.
Due to the sudden up hill pattern of our Broadcast team, we have been terribly busy preparing for the pilot episode.
Somehow, I'm kind of enjoying the experience.
I remember feeling slightly disappointed when I saw myself placed in the Broadcast team for the first 4 mths.
I was after all, the absolutely NOT technically inclined girl who preferred writing to running around with a camera and other equipment.
The plus was that I was together with majority of the Bimboatics people, which was quite a comforting thought.
I thought I might die there.
Well, I'm pretty alive and kicking!
AND my editing skills have improved, which I owe to my very patient and accomodating team; the defunt M team.
THAAAAAAAAAAANKS! I appreciate it; how you guys were so willing to coach me slowly and gave me a chance to learn more! Now, all I need is learn to adjust that volume point thingy and I would have reached intermediate level for Editing!
=)
But I still have to pass my camera skills, which I can declare is horrific.
HORRIFIC.
I'll be relying on my team [yes, please] to save me.
Just sad that Teckie will be leaving us next week =(
whom we will all miss.
Well, aside from TEP, which is taking up 80% of me life, there's a new addition to my family!
YES, Mickey is marrying into my family!
No lah.
We have more birds!
2 little dunno-what's-it-called chicks joined the family!
They're twins, so here's how they look like! Cute huh?
Dad's friend found a nest in his attic and so he brought it to my dad knowing how he loved birds.
Anyway, the duo are quite a handful!
I remember when they first arrived, they freaked me out.
ESP with the way they pooped.
FREAKING SCARY.
They would position themselves such that their little bottom was stuck high up in the air and poop.
And a big, sloggy, lump capsule-like bird shit would literally pop out.
It doesn't help that dad feeds them tofu.
My sis and me would go AAAAAAARGGH, bleaaah and all sorta gutteral noise would be produced upon watching the duo poop.
Plus some spasmistic action too.
And there was once when they pooped at each other.
GROSS.
They stank to the high heavens for days after that.
Oh and there was once they put their ass so high it actually flew out of their home(a humble plastic container), and landed on my sister's feet.
I don't know how she reacted... But I guess she was so disgusted she washed herself with highly concentrated Dettol.
Oh and I do hope for a good, sunny weather tmr!!!
Off to Sentosa with Mickey to celebrate our anniversary!!!!!!!!!
